After 5hr Meeting With Mimiko, Impeached Ondo First Female Speaker Reinstated

Barely 24 hours after  the first female Speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly, Jumoke Akindele was said to have been impeached in a questionable manner, she has been reinstated. The reinstatement came after a 5 hour meeting with the Ondo state governor, Olusegun Mimiko. NNPC Unbundling ‘Illegal’ – NASS

Lawmakers of both chambers of the national assembly have expressed dissatisfaction with the recent reforms at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), the senate particularly describing it as “illegal”. First Ondo Female Speaker Impeached
