Tears flowed uncontrollably on Tuesday as Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State visited Ukpabi, Nimbo, in Uzo-Uwani local government area of the state. The inspector-general of police, Solomon Arase on Tuesday ordered the arrest and prosecution of sellers or buyers of petrol in jerry cans.
