Group protests Macron’s sponsorship of terrorism in Africa

Pan-African group, Liberation Vanguard (ALV) has condemned France President, Emmanuel Macron, over alleged ties with Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorists. ALV, on Monday, stormed the French embassy in Lagos to express their displeasure towards Mr Macron who has been fingered to be sponsoring the propagation of terrorism on the continent. The group’s claim isn’t entirely strange, especially after Turkish foreign minister, Mevlut Cavusoglu, recently accused the French leader of being a “sponsor of terrorism”.
