NCPC Boss Hails Catholic TV Director

The Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC) Rev. Tor Uja recently received in audience the director of Catholic Television, Very Rev. Fr Patrick Alumuku. He congratulated him for his recent attainment of 35 years as a priest. The NCPC boss prayed that the Lord would prosper his ministry.

He thanked God for what the Lord is using him to do through the Communication department of the Catholic Church. He affirmed that the communication department could be a blessing to the pilgrimage process in Nigeria.

Rev. Uja maintained that the Church had the capacity to sponsor Christians to the holy land.

He appreciated the good work his predecessor did in NCPC and as such had decided to honour him with a befitting send forth. His words: “His labour will not be in vain”. He enjoined that the Christian community in Nigeria to support NCPC.

Earlier, Rev. Fr Alumuku informed the NCPC boss that he and his team were in NCPC to thank God for his well deserved appointment which he said “there could be no better choice than him for the job. His Words: “we are proud of you, we will support you, whatever we can do to help your work, we will not hesitate”.

The Very Rev. Fr assured the NCPC helmsman that the Catholic TV would partner with NCPC to create awareness and bring information to not only the teeming Catholic faithful but other viewers who watch the TV platform.

The Director of communication joined by the Mbayegh community from Ushongo local Government Area of Benue state resident in Abuja. They presented the Executive Secretary who is also one of their own with a congratulatory card.
